1. How to Track Your Shipment

Find Your Tracking Number

You’ll need your shipment or box tracking number to check your cargo status. It looks like this AKC-0000.

Enter it on the Track Your Shipment page to see the latest available update.

Tracking Tip:

Enter your tracking number exactly as shown on your shipment details. Check for missing letters, numbers, or extra spaces if no result appears.

2. Shipment Journey

From Pickup to Delivery

Your box goes through several stages before it reaches your recipient in the Philippines.

  1. Picked Up
    Your box has been collected from your UAE pickup address.
  2.  In UAE Warehouse
    Your box has arrived at our UAE warehouse and is being prepared for shipment.
  3.  Loaded in Container
    Your box has been loaded into its assigned container and is ready for the sea journey.
  4. In Transshipment
    Your shipment is moving through an intermediate port as part of its journey to the Philippines.
  5.  Arrived in the Philippines
    Your shipment has reached the Philippines and is waiting for the next processing stage.
  6.  Customs Screening
    Your shipment is undergoing customs screening and clearance in the Philippines.
  7. In PH Warehouse
    Your box has been received at our Philippine warehouse and is being prepared for local delivery.
  8. Out for Delivery
    Malapit na, Kabayan! Your box is on its way to the recipient’s address.
  9.  Delivered
    Padala received! Your box has been successfully delivered to the recipient.

Why Hasn’t My Tracking Status Changed?

Some Stages Take Longer Than Others

A tracking status does not always change every day.

For example, your shipment may remain under Loaded in Container, In Transshipment, or Customs Screening while that stage is still in progress.

A new update will appear once the next shipment milestone is recorded.

Tracking Is a Shipment Status, Not a Live Location

The tracking page shows the latest stage of your shipment, not its live location. If the status hasn’t changed for longer than expected, contact our team and we’ll help you check it.

My Tracking Number Is Not Working

First, check that the number was entered correctly.

If it still cannot be found, try again later or contact us with your shipment details so we can help check it.

My Box Says “Loaded in Container.” Has It Left the UAE?

This status means your box has been assigned and loaded into its shipment container. The next tracking update will appear as the shipment progresses through its sea cargo journey.

What Does “In Transshipment” Mean?

Transshipment means your shipment is moving through an intermediate port before continuing toward the Philippines.

It does not mean your box has reached the local delivery stage yet.

What Happens During Customs Screening?

After arriving in the Philippines, shipments go through the required customs processing before they can move to the Philippine warehouse and local delivery stages.
