Do I need to order an empty box first?
No. If you already have an eligible balikbayan box ready for shipment, you can proceed directly to booking a pickup.
When should I book my balikbayan box pickup?
Book once your box is packed, sealed, and ready for collection. You’ll provide your UAE pickup details and we'll schedule a pick up for you.
Can I change my pickup schedule after submitting?
If your request has not yet been collected, contact the team as soon as possible so we can check the available schedule.
What happens after I submit my request?
Your request will be reviewed and scheduled for collection. Once confirmed, you’ll receive the next steps for pickup and shipment tracking.
