Frequently asked questions

Know before you pack.

Quick answers about booking, service options, timing, and packing.

How do I book a pickup?

Use the online booking form and choose a preferred collection date. You can also contact the team if you need help before booking.

Can I choose sea or air cargo?

Yes, when both services are available for your shipment. Sea cargo is usually chosen for value, while air cargo is useful when timing matters more.

How long will delivery take?

Timing depends on the shipping mode, destination, schedule, customs processing, and final-delivery route. Ask the team for the current estimate before you send.

Can you pack unusual or fragile items?

Special handling may be available for bicycles, appliances, electronics, furniture, and fragile items. Ask about wrapping or wood crating before pickup.
